Dani Kinard is a Licensed Massage Therapist with more than 15 years of experience providing integrative therapeutic bodywork. A graduate of the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado, her work is grounded in a strong understanding of anatomy, movement, and the interconnected nature of the body.
Dani takes a client-centered, solution-oriented approach to massage therapy. Rather than following a standard routine, she collaborates with each client to create an individualized treatment plan based on their history, goals, and movement patterns. Her focus extends beyond relieving symptoms to improving movement, function, and quality of life. Her work integrates therapeutic techniques such as myofascial manipulation, neuromuscular therapy, joint mobilization, passive movement, stretching, and structural assessment.
Much of Dani’s practice has focused on chronic pain and tension, injury recovery, mobility, and preventive care. She particularly enjoys working with clients who have complex or longstanding concerns and approaching the body as a whole rather than treating symptoms in isolation.
Education is also an important part of her work. Dani believes that understanding your body can be a powerful tool, and she enjoys helping clients understand how movement, habits, and lifestyle can influence the way they feel and function. Her goal is not simply to provide temporary relief, but to collaborate with each client toward meaningful, long-term results.
Her philosophy is simple: Move Better. Live Better.
